Dear musicians of the 2024 season,

We would like to thank you for your commitment and dedication during the 73rd season of the Eutin Festival, in which you worked on behalf of the Kammerphilharmonie Lübeck gUG (KaPhil) in Eutin. As you are aware, there is a disagreement between the Eutin Festival and the KaPhil regarding the 2024 season settlement. However, we agree that you as musicians should not be disadvantaged by this situation, as you have undoubtedly delivered your performance.

If you have not yet submitted your invoice or wish to be invoiced directly, please proceed as follows:

1. Download the assignment form and complete it in full.
   Please use a separate declaration of assignment for each invoice.
2. Send us the completed assignment together with your invoice and your fee agreement with KaPhil by e-mail to:
   rechnung.orchester@eutiner-festspiele.de
3. As soon as we have received all documents in full, we will transfer the invoice amount within 10 working days to the account specified by you in the ‘Assignment’ form.

Important note regarding the submitted invoice:
Please send us the original invoice that you have already sent to KaPhil. Make sure that the invoice contains all legally required information. You can find a sample invoices with all the required information here:
