Angelika Wallbrecht, born 1957 in Arnsberg in the Sauerland, has lived in Schleswig-Holstein since 1963.
She became a bank clerk and worked in this profession for 39 years. Her social background is reflected in the bank's staff council as well as in her board work in the Malente child protection association or her private project Wunschzettelbaum and lessons in textile factories. Even at primary school age, she developed a talent for handicrafts and taught herself how to use needles and sewing machines properly. For ten years, she has been designing the costumes for the Christmas fairy tales and boulevard plays at the Theaterverein Eutiner Mischpoke. Since 2015, Angelika Wallbrecht has regularly fulfilled her wish to collect a few tips and tricks for her own work in a professional theatre tailor's shop at the Eutiner Festspiele in the costume tailoring department.

The Korean baritone Hyunkyum Kim won the Eutin Festival prize of honour. Hilary Griffiths, Artistic Director Classical Music at the Festival, congratulated the 28-year-old singer on this success in the finale of the Maritim Music Prize.
